I know it’s been a while since I blogged but like everyone else, I have nothing but time on my hands, so I have no excuse. I survived day umm I don’t even know of quarantine and working from home and boy oh boy has it been an interesting experience, but it did bring one thing to my attention; I have NO self-care routine in place. I worked 8:00 – 3:20 and then I nap, eat and watch TV. Now although those activities can be apart of my self-care routine that cannot be solely it. During this time of the NYC being on PAUSE, I want to ensure that I use this time wisely; so, I will be working on SELF. As I began creating my self-care/self-love list, I thought it would be only right that I share some ideas with all of you since we are on this journey together. Here are some things you can do right from the comfort of your own home!!!!!!
